    The Stanford Research PRS10 is an ultra-low phase noise, 10 MHz rubidium-disciplined crystal oscillator. The device fulfills a variety of communication, synchronization and instrumentation requirements. The phase noise of the 10 MHz output is low enough to be used as the reference source for synthesizers. The unit’s short-term stability and low environmental coefficients make it an ideal component for network synchronization. Its low aging rate makes it an excellent timebase for precision frequency measurements.

    GW Instek Model PPH-1503D DC Battery Simulator /Linear Power Supply

    The GW Instek Model PDH-1503D Precision Linear DC Power Supply is equipped with excellent transient recovery time, which can, in less than 40us, recover the output voltage to within 100mV of the previous voltage output when the current level changes from 10% to 100% of the full scale. Conventional power supplies do not have sufficient response speed to promptly respond to set voltage value once the set voltage is changed. The GW Instek Model PPH-1503D has a rise time of 0.2ms and a fall time of 0.3ms, which are 100 times faster than that of conventional power supplies. Therefore, the Model PPH-1503D can provide DUT with a stable output voltage even when DUT is operating under large transient current output.

    GW Instek Model AFG-303x Series Arbitrary Waveform Generator

    The GW Instek Model AFG-3000 series Arbitrary Function Generators, including 20MHz/30MHz single channel and dual channel models, are designed to meet industry, scientific research, and education applications. In the design of isolated output, all output channels are earth ground isolation, which is suitable for test applications of floating circuit. For instance, connecting an AFG-3000 with a power supply’s DC voltage, the maximum AC-DC cascaded output reaches +42V or -42V. Each channel of dual channel models can be operated independently or multi units can simultaneously function without taking grounding reference into consideration. Applications are, for instance, the ignition control or transmission device of automotive electronics. The series features sample rate of 250MSa/s, 16-bit resolution, and 8M point memory depth for arbitrary waveform generation. Users not only can save the edited waveforms to the memory to build arbitrary waveforms, but also rebuild waveforms by the AFG-3000’s built-in DSOLink function with a GW Instek digital storage oscilloscope.

    GW Instek Model GSP-9300B 3GHz Spectrum Analyser

    The GSP-9300B is a 3GHz Spectrum Analyzer that meet RF measurement requirements. It provides the frequency stability of 0.025ppm; the aging rate of 1ppm/year; a built-in preamplifier; the base noise of -149dBm/Hz, and more than 20 measurement applications, including AM/FM modulation signal analysis, signal channel analysis, and CATV parameter test. While collocating with TG option, GSP-9300B can conduct frequency response or power linearity tests for components.

    For monitoring signals, GSP-9300B provides Topographic display mode, which is capable of distinguishing continuous or random signals by using color temperature. Spectrogram mode provides a time axis on spectrum display that allows users to observe signal variations based upon the reference of time. Split window mode allows different parameter settings for each display window.
