Scientific Devices Australia maintains an in-house ISO/IEC 17025 (2017) NATA certified calibration laboratory to support our customer’s investment in Test and Measurement equipment. Our Calibration Laboratory is continually being upgraded to improve uncertainty levels and add additional capabilities. More details regarding our current NATA accreditation can be obtained on the NATA Website at Laboratory Number 3686.

Our NATA Calibration Laboratory is accredited for DC Voltage, AC Voltage, DC Current, AC Current, Resistance, and Frequency.

We specialise in the calibration of:

• High Precision AC/DC Calibrators
• DMM’s up to 8.5 Digits
• Data Acquisition
• Resistance
• Frequency

How to book your equipment for Repair or Calibration services:

• Contact our Service & Calibration department on 03 9569 1366 and our experts will see if the problem can be resolved over the phone (see full contact details below).
• Schedule a time for your repair or calibration service.
• Please ensure that the instrument being shipped for service or calibration is appropriately packed to avoid damage during transportation.
• Please include with the instrument a note in the box stating your contact details, return address, required repair, calibration etc.

Scientific Devices Australia offer our customers a full post sales service and technical support centre as well as a NATA registered Calibration facility ensuring complete customer satisfaction when choosing to purchase a Test Equipment solution from us.We understand that it is a major investment and we thrive to ensure the equipment and customers have a secure and knowledgeable team to call on for assistance when needed.

Our Calibration & Service Manager, Mr Laurence Motteram together with Technical Support Manager, Oliver Zielonka will assist with any service issues including warranty and post warranty repairs to component level where possible and technical/application assistance. With the increasing complexity of today’s products our support team extends to providing an interface with overseas suppliers to confirm faults and ensure timely turnaround of overseas repairs;
