  • Microchip MAC-SA.5X Miniature Atomic Clock

The MAC-SA5X is designed for applications that require Rubidium Atomic Clock holdover performance, but are constrained by size and low power requirements. Its superb short term stability (ADEV), resistance to temperature changes (TempCo) and long-term drift performance allow tight synchronization to GNSS timing or other primary reference clock, enabling nanosecond holdover performance for days at a time. The Microchip MAC – SA5X Rubidium Miniature Atomic Clock features compact design and low power consumption. Cost effective, and easily adaptable to a wide variety of timing and synchronization applications. The MAC – SA5X is designed for applications where an economical solution for frequency stability is required. Requiring little power, and able to operate across a wide spectrum of temperatures, the MAC – SA5X is an ideal choice for  LTE Base Stations, Smartgrid, Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Autonomous Sensor Networks, Drones and Data Centre applications.
